Two men and three women, all aged in their 30s, have been charged after Gardaí seized €383,000 cash on Tuesday October 14.
The four people have been detained after two vehicles were intercepted in North Dublin, along with searches of four residential premises in North Dublin and County Leitrim.
All four are due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice at 10:30am this morning.
