A lucky Galway lotto player has woken up this morning half a million euro richer.
The Galway player has become Ireland’s third winner of the Daily Millions Plus top prize of €500,000 in 2025 in yesterday’s 2:00pm Daily Millions Plus draw.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day (Friday May 9) of the draw from Mountbellew Post Office.
The winning numbers were: 8, 16, 28, 29, 33, 34, and the bonus was 27.
Anglers with bookings affected by the closure will be contacted by IFI.
