The Defence Forces is paying tribute to a member who died in service.
Flight Sergeant Eamonn Magner, from Caragh in County Kildare and was a native of Keenagh in Crossmolina, was a member of the No. 3 Ops Wing with the Air Corps.
He served for 38 years, and died at the age of 56.
Defence Forces Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Rossa Mulcahy, says Eamonn will be sadly missed by his friends, family and colleagues.
Eamonn will repose at his residence on Thursday from 4pm until 8pm.
He will be laid to rest in Caragh cemetery on Friday following funeral mass at 11am in The Church of Our Lady & St. Joseph, Caragh.
