A new ESRI study has found Ireland’s current cost rental occupation is delivering strong affordability gains.
On average cost rental rents are nearly 30% below private market rents.
Homes are mostly one and two bedroom apartments, mainly in Dublin, to try and address shortages within the rental sector.
