Enoch Burke is to be arrested and brought to court for alleged trespass at Wilson’s Hospital School.
The order was made by a High Court judge today, just two days after Mr. Burke was released from what was his fourth stint behind bars for contempt.
On Wednesday, Mr. Justice Brian Cregan ordered the release of Enoch Burke from Mountjoy Prison so he could prepare for an upcoming legal challenge.
It was on condition he stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School.
Mr. Burke repeatedly told the judge he had a duty to attend at the school and he did so yesterday – and again today.
On both occasions, he is alleged to have trespassed by going beyond the boundary wall, in breach of a court order.
Lawyers for the school are now seeking his return to Mountjoy Prison, where he has already spent 564 days for contempt.
Mr. Justice Cregan has ordered that Mr Burke be arrested and brought before the court on Monday, when he will decide whether he should be jailed for a fifth time.
