Ballina Tidy Towns stores were broken into on Tuesday night  last, September 2nd, and thousands of euro worth of equipment was stolen.
Ballina Tidy Towns is a voluntary organisation whose purpose is to improve the town and make it a cleaner, more beautiful place for the people of the town and it’s hinterlands.
On it’s face book page the organisation  explains that It is with a heavy heart that they it is informing the public of the break-in…
Our dedicated team work tirelessly to maintain the areas around the town, cleaning, weeding, planting, watering and ensuring our town is a place to be proud of. As you can imagine this theft has left us heartbroken and will severely impact our ability to carry on the valuable work of our organisation.
