Bank of Ireland has been ordered to pay €40,00 into a Courts Service account – taken from Enoch Burke’s account.
It has seven days to comply with the order.
Last week, a receiver was appointed to recoup almost 80 thousand euro in unpaid fines from Mr Burke which were accrued for his refusal to obey a court order to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School in Westmeath.
