Ballina Stephenites have won back to back Mayo Senior Football Championships, and their 38th in history.
Niall Heffernan's men put in a very strong performance this evening to see off neighbours Knockmore.
A rocket of a goal from Evan Regan early in the game put Ballina into a commanding position.
Knockmore hit back with a few first half scores, but were still six down at the break.
The dominance continued for the Stephenites, and they saw out the tie to win by seven points.
Frank Irwin put in a performance worthy of being named the Killeen Sports Grounds Midwest Radio Sport Man of the Match.
