Tooreen are through to the Connacht Intermediate Hurling Championship semi final.
The ‘drive for five’ Connacht titles was in serious jeaprody at half time, as Four Roads held a 2-8 0-8 lead despite going down to 14 men.
Ray Larkin’s Tooreen men hit 2-17 in the second half to complete a fantastic comeback and claim a place in the last four.
A late goal from Fergal Boland capped off a stunning second half.
Tooreen will now meet the London champions in the semi final – it’s a home tie in two weeks’ time.
