Natasha Reddington from Mayo Karate Academy took home a Bronze Medal in the Cadet Category at the English Karate Federation International Open held in Crystal Palace yesterday.
She has just turned 14, training at the Academy less than 2 years and has achieved so much.
At home she is All-Ireland Champion in her division but this is her first International Medal having gone through 3 rounds with opposition from England, Scotland, Wales.
She has recently been invited to train with the Junior Ireland Karate Team due to her performances to date.
Natasha is the first athlete of Mayo Karate Academy to fight overseas representing and is now making a name for herself internationally.
