Blindside flanker Shannon Touhey and out half Nicole Fowley will co-captain the side.
There are five players from Mayo in the matchday squad, two from Westport and three from Ballina.
Grainne Moran (Ballina) starts at scrum half with Ava Ryder (Westport) at outside centre.
Clara Barrett (Ballina) is on the wing, while hooker Lily Brady (originally Westport) starts in the forwards.
Emily Foley (Ballina) is amongst the substitutes.
