On Saturday, second place Westport United host fourth place Ballyheane.
There's a chance for third place Ballina Town to close the gap on leaders Castlebar Celtic who are eight points clear and unbeaten.
In the Premier Division, top side Glenhest Rovers look to extend their win streak to 13 when they take on Ballyhaunis Town on Sunday.
In round 16 of League One, first plays third when leaders Killala host Fahy Rovers.
Meanwhile in League Two, there's a meeting of the top two as Ballina Town B (leaders) take on Snugboro.
