Ballina’s Anthony McHale is in top form for the Irish Over 65’s at the European Basketball Championships.
In their most recent game, the Mayo Meteor scored 16 points in a five point win over Italian opposition.
Ireland won 39-34.
They’re back in action tomorrow for their third championship game with hopes of qualifying for the next round.
Ballina Pacer Trinie Naylor Kennedy is also in action with the Women’s Over 60s team.
They have made it through to the Euro quarter final after beating Hungary 43-17.
