Four Leinster Rugby players have made the list of eight nominees for the 2024 Investec Player of the Year award.
After coming through the games unbeaten to this point, including defeating the reigning back-to-back champions La Rochelle twice, Leinster Rugby’s four nominees are Mayo's Caelan Doris, Jamison Gibson-Park, James Lowe and Dan Sheehan.
osh van der Flier, Seán O’Brien and Rob Kearney have all previously won the trophy.
Leinster’s opponents in the Champions Cup semi-final, Northampton, have two nominees in Courtney Lawes and Fin Smith.
The remaining two nominees are Toulouse scrumhalf Antoine Dupont and Marcus Smith of Harlequins who are also rewarded for their impressive form.
The nominated players were based on the combined verdict of a public vote and the decisions of a renowned panel of judges following the pool stage and the Round of 16 and quarter-final matches in the Investec Champions Cup.
Voting for the nominees for one of the most coveted individual awards in world rugby is open again HERE and the winner and recipient of the Anthony Foley Memorial Trophy will be announced following the Investec Champions Cup final at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, 25 May.
