Sligo and Galway played out a draw in the opening round of the Connacht Minor Football Championship.
It took a late score from Killian Joyce, deep into added time, to rescue a point for the Tribesmen.
Sligo hit the net twice in the game, both coming from long balls into the full forward line – Adam Feeney & Marc Clifford hitting the net.
Both counties now have a point to their name, with Mayo ahead on top with two points.
Roscommon are below having lost yesterday, and Leitrim enter the fray next Friday.
