Sligo senior football champions Coolera/ Strandhill have announced that two former club players will take charge of the side for 2024.
Con O’Meara and John McPartlalnd come into the role following the departure of Enda Mitchell and Adrian McPartland.
Coolera/ Strandhill, under Mitchell and McPartland (Adrian) won their first Owen B Hunt Cup last year since 2005.
Their new managers were team mates on the 05 side and also both played inter county football.
John McPartland, who managed Owenmore Gaels in previous seasons, is a brother of Adrian.
O’Meara has recently worked with the Sigerson and Fresher squads at ATU Sligo and also with Sligo underage teams.
