Roscommon have been relegated to Division Two of the Allianz NFL for 2025.
They lost out to Derry in Celtic Park this afternoon in a must win game.
With Kerry beating Galway, this would have opened the door for Roscommon to potentially stay up with a win.
Derry had an impressive spread of scorers with Lochlan Murray hitting 1-5, Shane McGuigan with 0-4 and the other goal coming from Declan Cassidy.
Donie Smith scored the Roscommon goal inside the opening ten minutes, but Derry pulled away in the lead up to the break.
Mickey Harte’s side will now face Dublin in the National League final.
