Naomh Eoin look to upset the odds and dethrone Easkey in this weekend’s hurling decider in Sligo.
The Davis’s & Yeats Tavern Senior Hurling Championship final is down for Sunday at 3:15pm in Markievicz Park.
The North Sligo Naomh Eoin side got the better of Calry St Joseph’s in the semi final on September 10, winning 2-18 to 1-10 in Kent Park.
This will be the fifth year in a row that Easkey and Naomh Eoin meet in the county final.
Naomh Eoin won their only senior championship in the 2019 meeting.
Easkey have won the last three in a row and last year got as far as the All Ireland Junior Hurling final.
