Roscommon Harriers AC held their 8th annual 10 Mile Road Race on Saturday (July 1).

 

First across the line was Paul O’Donnell Dundrum South Dublin AC 51:15 with clubmate Meghan Ryan first woman in 59:52.

 

 

 

There were some excellent finish times by Mayo AC runners. 

 

 Tadgh Hanrahan M40 led them home in 38th place in 62:46 – a minute outside his 2022 time.

 

Well done also to the club's prizewinners:

 

Johnny Cribbin was 2nd in the M60 category in 72:26 and

World medallist Pauline Moran in finished 1st W60 in 72:27, as usual well ahead of many younger athletes. 

 

The other Mayo AC finishers were Justin McDonagh M40 90:47; Mags Glavey W70 82:05  a brilliant run ahead of next month's National Half Marathon in Tullamore;

Martin Fitzmaurice M50 92:18

Breege Cribbin W50 93:48
