The Mayo U17 hurlers will have to wait to play their Celtic Challenge quarter final against Meath.
At 12.00 noon today both teams were ready for the ball to throw in in Ballyvary, but there was one key person missing for the fixture - the referee.
A break down in communications to the referee on the day meant that Meath had to travel back up the road from Mayo without a puck of a ball.
Where this leaves the fixture is yet to be seen.
