Shamrock Rovers got their second win of the SSE Airtricity Premier Division season tonight and it was a big one.
They beat bitter Dublin rivals Bohemians 2-0 at Dalymount Park thanks to goals from Neil Farrugia and Rory Gaffney.
Drogheda meanwhile beat second placed Derry 1-0 meaning Bohs finish the night top of the table.
Sligo Rovers are third after they enjoyed a 2-1 win over Dundalk at Oriel Park, St. Pat's hammered Cork City 4-0 in Inchicore and it finished scoreless between UCD and Shelbourne.
Galway United enjoyed their eighth consecutive win in the First Division this evening and remain top of the table.
John Caulfield's side beat Wexford 4-0 in the south-east.
Bray are second after beating Athlone 1-0, Treaty beat Longford 3-2 meanwhile, Waterford enjoyed a 3-1 win over Cobh while it finished up 1-1 between Kerry and Finn Harps.
