The Galway minor hurlers were victorious today in round 2 of the Leinster Minor Hurling Championship.

Laois stuck well with Galway up until the 23rd minute of the game, as there was just one point between the teams.

The next few minutes before half time would prove difficult for Laois however, as the Tribesmen hit the net three times to go into the break 14 points up.

A rout ensued as Laois just managed three more points in the game.

A comfortable win for Galway, whose scoring prowess shone through in the end.
