One of Donegal’s greatest ever players has announced their inter-county retirement.
After more than fifteen years, Michael Murphy has played his final game for the county.
The Glenswilly forward was a central part of the team that won the All Ireland title in 2012, scoring 1-4 in the final win over Mayo and getting named man of the match.
Murphy also won five Ulster titles with Donegal, the most recent of which came in 2019.
