The Mayo Women’s League in advance of the opening round next weekend of the Senior League are pleased to announce their partnership with two mayo businesses.

The Senior League will be run in partnership with The Acres, Killala and will be known as The Acres Killala Mayo Women’s League.

The Acres Killala is a family-owned bar, café, restaurant, and B&B offering you the best of Irish food, tradition, and hospitality.

Owner Peter McDonnell welcomes you all to visit, whether it is for food, to stay or to enjoy some live music at the weekends.

Given Peter’s involvement in girls and ladies football at club and county level over the past 20 years, he is delighted to offer his support and be the 2022 Mayo Women’s Senior League sponsor.

In a new feature to be added to the Mayo Women’s League they will have a named player of the month at both Senior and U19 levels and this will be done in partnership  with McHale Agri, Forest &  Garden, Mayo’s Honda Farm & Garden Dealership.

The Acres Killala Mayo Women’s League commences this weekend with the following fixtures:
