Ipswich Town have sacked their manager Paul Cook with immediate effect.
Cook previously managed Sligo Rovers from 2007 until 2012.
During his five years in Ireland he led Sligo to FAI Cup titles in 2010 and 2011 and won the League Cup in 2010.
League One side Ipswich have won just two of their last nine games and a draw with Barrow seemed the final straw for Cook.
Cook replaced Paul Lambert as Ipswich boss in March this year and signed a contract until the summer of 2023.
