A Mayo player was to the fore in the Republic of Ireland U15's 2-0 win over Montenegro today.
Christian Donlon Goncalves provided the assist for the opener to set Jason Donohue's side on their way for victory in this friendly encounter.
The goals came from Cork City's Cathal O'Sullivan and Darragh Marshall from Shamrock Rovers.
It could have been 3-0 in the 37th minute. Richard Vodo picked out Donlon Goncalves with an excellent pass and the Mayo Schoolboy League forward outpaced the defender but saw his effort saved by the Montenegro keeper.
Also in the Irish Squad is Galway United's Kyle Fitzgerald.
