Ticketmaster queues have been forming since morning, as GAA supporters anticipate the general sale for Mayo/Dublin tickets.

Hundreds of people lined up in the GAA.ie's online tickets portal earlier, despite no concrete information being released by GAA HQ about the general sale for the All-Ireland Semi-Final.

Tickets for Mayo and Dublin are only being processed at the moment through clubs around the country, with those waiting for other means of selling being left in the dark.

Midwest News received confirmation from Mayo GAA that there was some technical difficulty over the weekend for a number of supporters trying to access tickets via the clubs.

However, Mayo GAA are awaiting word from Croke Park on when the online general sale of tickets for the double header will proceed.
