Local South Mayo heroes will share their health and wellbeing tips and ideas in an online forum hosted by Ballinrobe GAA club.

Numerous sporting heroes from Ballinrobe and surrounding areas will discuss how young and old can improve their health through their day to day activities while also helping the club to launch the 'Healthy Club' project.

On Thursday evening, May 13 next, the club will host a Facebook live event from Ballinrobe Racecourse at 8pm which will see successful Irish international athletes Sarah Quinn and Conor Cusack, Connacht rugby player, Matthew Burke, Mayo and Galway ladies footballers Alannah Duffy and Mairead Seoighe, former Galway United Manager Alan Murphy, successful cyclist Padraig Marrey and GAA player and gym owner Conor Keane as well as Mayo senior football's physiotherapist Brendan Butler speak on their experiences of healthy eating and healthy living.
