Galway's Beibhinn Parsons will start for Ireland against Wales in Saturday's Women's Six Nations clash in Cardiff.

In all there are three changes to the team that lined out in Ireland's last game, the Six Nations win over Italy in October.

After a prolonged period without a game, Head Coach Adam Griggs says the squad is raring to go.

 

Ireland: Eimear Considine; Lauren Delany, Eve Higgins, Sene Naoupu, Beibhinn Parsons; Hannah Tyrrell, Kathryn Dane; Lindsay Peat, Cliodhna Moloney, Linda Djougang; Aoife McDermott, Nichola Fryday; Dorothy Wall, Claire Molloy, Ciara Griffin (capt).

Replacements: Neve Jones, Katie O'Dwyer, Laura Feely, Brittany Hogan, Hannah O'Connor, Emily Lane, Stacey Flood, Enya Breen.
