A Roscommon GAA club is raffling a camper van to raise funds to develop their grounds.
Éire Óg GAA Club was founded in 1984 and comprises of players from Loughglynn, Lisacul and Gorthaganny.
Their club grounds were opened in 1991 and are dedicated in memory of the late James Timothy, a footballer with the West Roscommon club.
Éire Óg intend to totally renovate their existing playing pitch by installing an enhanced all weather playing surface, a lighted walking/jogging track around the perimeter of the grounds and parking and training areas.
Hugh Lynn of Éire Óg told Midwest Sport that these improvements will ensure that the club can continue to provide top class facilities to their community into the future.
