Gordon Elliott has been banned from entering horses in UK races while an investigation is ongoing.
The Meath trainer was pictured sitting astride a dead horse at his yard.
Elliott apologised for any offence caused by the image which has been strongly condemned by Horse Racing Ireland.
Elliott is said to be co-operating fully with an IHRB investigation, but he trained four winners at Punchestown today.
However, the British Horse-Racing authority say he will not be allowed to enter horses in races there until the investigation is completed.
