There has been a great response to the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign so far this month. With two weeks still to go before the end of January, there is lots of time left to get involved. Get yourself and your family active by moving for 2,021 seconds each day or as often as they can – it's just under 34 minutes!
The campaign has raised just over 60% of its target amount and needs your help to get the rest of the way – in order to support the development of camogie in Mayo and the great work of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute.
Run, walk, cycle, jog, skip, play games, practice skills – whatever you want to do! The important thing is to get moving. Support the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign www.idonate.ie/move4mayocamogie2021 or ask for sponsors to donate to the campaign!
You don’t have to be a player or even connected to a club to get involved – this is for everyone!
With four active Camogie clubs in Mayo and county teams from Under 14 up to adult level, Mayo Camogie is a growing sport. With this campaign, Mayo Camogie are hoping to raise funds to not only support club and county players to grow and develop, but also to support the great work of a charity, important to all of us.
15% of all monies raised through the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign will be given to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute.
