There has been a great response so far to the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign lots of people are committing to getting active in January 2021 by moving for 2,021 seconds each day or as often as they can – it's just under 34 minutes!
Mayo Sports Partnership has been a long-time supporter of all sports including Mayo Camogie and its clubs within the county and is encouraged to see the positive take up of activity.
Charlie Lambert, Mayo Sports Partnership said “The #Move4MayoCamogie Campaign is a great way to get moving in the New Year and there are so many ways for people to get active and stay active.
January is a month where traditionally people take up new sports or hobbies and it's great to see an organisation like Mayo Camogie encouraging people to get out and active as well as supporting charity.”

With four active Camogie clubs in Mayo and county teams from Under 14 up to adult level, Mayo Camogie is a growing sport. With this campaign, Mayo Camogie are hoping to raise funds to not only support club and county players to grow and develop, but also to support the great work of a charity, important to all of us.
