It is expected that the Dublin Mayo clash will be a sell-out in GAA HQ with tickets on sale from GAA clubs, Ticketmaster, and selected Supervalu and centra stores as of 10 o’clock this morning.
Iarnrod Eireann is refusing as of yet to confirm special train services for the Mayo match this weekend.
A spokesperson for the company told Midwest News that there were no details as of yet for extra services this Saturday but that information will be put up across all their social media in the coming days.
In previous years extra train services have been added to Iarnrod Eireann services for big football clashes in Croke Park involving Mayo sides.
This Saturday fans are hoping that additional services will be added to Iarnrod Eireann's train schedule if the train is to be an option with a throw-in at 5pm.
