Maureen McCoy nee Burke,
Drumacoo, Edmondstown, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and late of Mountain, Aughamore, Co. Mayo (December 8th, 2024) - peacefully in her 96th year in the exceptional care of Eithna and her staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Ballaghaderreen.
Predeceased by her beloved husband John, son Seamus, daughter-in-law Jacinta, parents Mary and James, brother Tommy and her sisters Margaret and Josie.
Maureen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her heartbroken family, daughters Jo, Maureen and Bernardine, her sons John and Padraic, her sister Kathleen, daughters-in-law Ber and Emily, sons-in-law John, Brian and Jim, grandchildren Diane, Gill, Joanne, Caroline, Brian, Rose, Ben Jenny and Erin, her great-grandchildren Kelly, Emily and Hannah, her nieces, nephews, relatives, great neighbours and her many friends.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Maureen will lie in repose in The Kilgarriff Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Tuesday evening from 6 o'clock with removal at 7.30 o'clock to The Cathedral of the Annunciation and St. Nathy, Ballaghaderreen arriving at 8 o'clock.
Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday at 11am with burial afterwards in Kilcolman Cemetery.
