Margaret Walsh nee Bourke

Derryveeney, Tourmakeady, and formerly of Sraheen, Aughagower, Westport - peacefully at home on November 4th 2024.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy and her infant son, her parents Michael and Bridget, her twin brother Michael and her sister Mary.

Margaret will be sadly missed and forever loved by her heartbroken family, her daughters Mary McGovern (Paddy), Castlebar, Bridget McDermott (Dermot), Naas, Eileen McManamon (Noel), Westport, Kathleen Cooney (P.J.), Achill, Mairead Butler (Tony), The Neale, her sons Michael John (Bridie), Derryveeney, Pat (Marie), Essex and Partry, and Ciaran (Christine), Derryveeney, her 23 grandchildren and her 8 greatgrandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Margaret will repose at Tourmakeady Hall (F12 C6F2) on Wednesday evening from 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock.

Removal from her family home on Thursday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Tourmakeady for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Margaret’s Funeral Mass can be viewed this Thursday (November 7th) at 12:00 noon on www.churchtv.ie/tourmakeady.
