Grace Geraghty nee Carney

Moneen, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, formerly of Luton, England, native of Ayle, Aughagower, Westport.

November 3rd 2024 - peacefully in the care of MacBride Community Nursing Unit, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her loving husband Martin.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving sister Maureen O'Malley, brother Pat Carney, sisters-in-law Margaret, Mary, & Josephine, brother-in-law Christy, nephews, nieces, grand nephews & nieces, cousins, extended Geraghty & Carney families and a wide circle of friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Grace will rest in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Tuesday November 5th from 5:30pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7:00pm, followed by removal, walking to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh.

Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by interment in Aughagower Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Patient Comfort Fund, MacBride Community Nursing Unit c/o Sweeney Funeral Directors, Louisburgh.
