She was so kind to my mum,(Mary Burke),during mum’s trips to Australia and always kept in touch.I can’t say I knew your mum very well but do recall meeting her a few times ,when she was home on holidays ad just like your grandad Bill ,(R.I.P.),she was a very kind and funny lady.Fond and fascinating memories of Bill using his gift as a water diviner…to see that rod bend in his hand was awe inspiring.Now that they’re all reunited I’m sure they will send many blessings your way- you’ll have a very special guardian angel to protect you.

Our mother Bridie Concannon (nee Ruane) and Peggy were best friends when the lived in Kilshanvey. As young women, they worked in Burkes Shop and had many happy adventures. Even when Peggy moved to Australia, they still kept in touch.
Condolences to Peggy's Family, she was a wonderful lady.
