Peacefully at home with his family by his side after a long illness

Predeceased by his parents Mal and Agnes, he will be sadly missed and remember with love by heartbroken family, his wife Breege, daughters Suzanne, Denise and Clare, his grandchildren Liam and Ellen, his brother Patrick (New York), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

May He Rest In Peace

Des will lie in repose in The Kilgarriff Funeral Home Ballaghaderreen, Sunday evening from 5 o'clock to conclude with evening prayer at 7 o'clock.

Funeral cortege will arrive to the Church of Christ the King Lisacul Monday for Mass of the Resurrection at 12noon.

Burial afterwards in Lisacul Cemetery.
