Lena McDermott née Walsh,

Portmarnock and formerly of Knock, Co. Mayo (16th April 2024) - peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.

Beloved wife of Michael.

Loving mother of Daragh, Cathal and Aine.

Very sadly missed by her daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law John, her adored grandchildren Chloe, Jack, Naomi, Hannah, Aimie, Daniel and Sean, Fionn, Senan and their mother Sara-Jane, sisters Mary and Nuala, brothers Paddy, Micheal, Jarlath and Gerry, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Thursday, 18th of April from 3pm until 5pm.

Removal to St Anne’s Church, Portmarnock on Friday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to St Francis Hospice.
