Dr. Alan Delaney,

Doctors Road, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo and formerly of Castlerea, Co Roscommon (Gormanston College and UHG) - on April 17th, 2024 - peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at his home.

Predeceased by his wife Joan and brother Michael (Fr. Ailbe).

He will be sadly missed by his children Dónal, Laura, Keith, Ursula, Aine and Alan, his daughters-in-law Inese, Mary and Eimear, grandchildren Harry, Adam, Jane, Sophie, Anna, Lukass, Nancy, Maggie, Ailbe and Avery, sisters Pauline and Joan, cousins, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Donnellans Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis on Friday evening, April 19th from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Ballyhaunis on Saturday, 20th April at 11am followed by burial in Ballyhaunis Cemetery.
