Ann O'Flaherty nee Corcoran,
Carrowbeg, Ayle, Westport and formerly of Keenagh, Ballina - peacefully after a short illness at Mayo University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Patsy O'Flaherty.
Predeceased by her parents Peter and Mariah, her sisters and her brothers.
Deeply regretted by her heartbroken family, daughters Helen and Deirdre, sons Patrick, Edward, Diarmuid, Enda, Kevin and Conor, sister Breege Mannion and brother-in-law Tommie (Errew), daughters-in-law Bernie, Phil, Rose and Claire, sons-in-law Brian and Eddie, grandchildren Claire, Celine, Hannah, Niamh, Bryan, James, Ellen, Laoise and Senan, Godchild Mairead, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Navin's Funeral Home, Mill Street, Westport, F28XR61 on Thursday, 22nd February from 5pm until 7pm.
Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, Islandeady, F23HF62 on Friday, 23rd February at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Islandeady cemetery.
