Ronan Kelleher and Mack Hansen are fit to start for Ireland in Friday's opening autumn international against New Zealand.
Leinster hooker Kelleher has recovered from a knee injury and is joined in the front-row by Andrew Porter and Finlay Bealham.
Connacht tight-head Bealham comes into the team for the injured Tadhg Furlong, with Joe McCarthy and James Ryan in the second-row.
Caelan Doris will captain the side from number-eight with Tadhg Beirne at blindside and Josh van der Flier at openside.
Jack Crowley is preferred to Ciaran Frawley at out-half with Jamison Gibson-Park at scrum-half.
Bundee Aki and Garry Ringrose are in midfield, with Hansen, Hugo Keenan and James Lowe in the back-three.
Peter O'Mahony, Rob Herring, Cian Healy, Tom O’Toole, Iain Henderson, Conor Murray, Ciaran Frawley and Jamie Osborne are the replacements.
