It has been a smooth transition as restricted liquid regulations were re-introduced at Ireland West Airport Knock since yesterday.
In hand luggage passengers can only carry liquids in 100 ml containers or less, and in a clear plastic bag, and out of their luggage at airport security.
The regulation has been re-introduced at all Irish airports since September 1st, as a problem was detected with the software in new scanners.
