Ballina Gardaí attended the scene of a road traffic collision in Ardnaree this afternoon.
The incident is understood to have taken place on the R294 at around midday.
It has not yet been confirmed how many vehicles were involved in the collision.
A man has been brought to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The road has since fully reopened to traffic.
