Three people were taken to hospital last night following a road traffic collision in County Roscommon.
Gardaí and Emergency Services attended the scene of a two vehicle collision on the N61 near to Athlone.
The collision occurred at approximately 8:15pm.
The three people who were taken to hospital have sustained injuries that are understood to be non-life threatening.
The road has since reopened.
