Midwest News have received reports of a collision on the N17 near Claremorris.
The collision, involving at least two vehicles, occurred in the late afternoon/ early evening period today.
Emergency Services are en route to the scene.
The crash took place in the townland of Ballinphuill.
Motorists are being advised to proceed with caution if travelling on this route.
