An undercover lorry is to be used to catch distracted drivers.
The so called 'super cab' will be deployed by Gardaí within weeks according to the Irish Times.
The unmarked truck will allow for a higher vantage point to see into cars to check if drivers are using a mobile phone or not wearing a seat belt.
