The RNLI is paying tribute to its volunteers, on the organisation's 200th anniversary today.


An Post is launching a set of stamps to mark the occasion, commemorating the life saving work of it's members.


46 lifeboat stations, including four on inland waters are currently in operation across the island of Ireland.


The RNLI's Anna Classon says it recognises the hard work of everyone involved.
