Donegal native Adrian Gallagher has been elected as Chairperson of the Irish Farmer Association Sheep Committee.

At a meeting in the Irish Farm Centre yesterday, Chair of the Committee Kevin Comiskey announced that he was stepping down to pursue a nomination to run for next year’s local election.

Mr. Gallagher had been serving as Vice Chair, and was nominated to the Chairperson’s post following the meeting.
